We want you to be happy with BudgetIT Pro. We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on the BudgetIT Pro lifetime unlock. If it isn’t the right fit for you, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your purchase, no questions asked.

How to request a refund

Refunds are processed by our payment provider, Paddle, who is the Merchant of Record for all BudgetIT Pro purchases. You can request a refund by:

• visiting paddle.net and looking up your order using the email address you used at checkout, or
• emailing us at support@budgetitpro.com — please include the order/receipt reference from Paddle.

What happens after a refund

When a refund is issued, your BudgetIT Pro access is removed and your account reverts to the Free plan. Any budget snapshots, goals, and data you created stay on your account and remain available under the Free plan limits.
